How it works

に between a time period and a number shows frequency: 一週間に二回 (twice a week), 一日に三時間 (three hours a day).

Examples

一週間に二回テニスをします。I play tennis twice a week.
一日に三回くすりを飲みます。I take medicine three times a day.
