Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doolulu website and study tools (the "service"). In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Doolulu. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. If you are a minor, use the service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian as required by local law.

Doolulu provides Japanese-language practice, question explanations, vocabulary tools, and mock exams for personal learning. Doolulu is an independent study resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official service of the organizers of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

Practice results and mock-exam scores are learning aids. They are not official JLPT scores, certificates, or guarantees of future exam performance. Questions, explanations, translations, and scoring may contain errors or differ from the official exam.

Provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Let us know at team@rascalrabbit.co if you believe your account has been compromised.

Some features work with a guest session or store progress in your browser. Guest access and locally saved progress may be lost when you clear cookies or browser storage, change devices, or lose access to a session. We cannot guarantee that every study record will always be available or recoverable.

Our Privacy Policy explains how account details, study activity, and technical information are handled.

Use Doolulu lawfully and in a way that respects other learners and the service. You must not:

• Access another person’s account or data without permission, impersonate others, or bypass access controls.
• Disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use automation that creates an unreasonable load on our systems.
• Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where a license or applicable law allows it.
• Use the service to violate someone’s privacy, intellectual-property rights, or other legal rights.

Doolulu’s branding, original design, and original materials belong to their respective owners. Exam materials, dictionary data, audio, images, and other third-party resources remain the property of their respective rights holders and may be subject to separate licenses or notices. Access to the website does not transfer ownership of those materials.

You may use the service for personal study in accordance with these terms and applicable content licenses. If you believe material on Doolulu infringes your rights, email team@rascalrabbit.co with the page URL, a description of the material, and information supporting your claim.

Features and study materials may change, be corrected, or be removed. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected.

The service may link to external websites or offer third-party sign-in. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control their content or availability. If we introduce paid features, the relevant prices and purchase terms will be shown before you choose to pay.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. You are responsible for how you use the study materials and for checking official exam requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, Doolulu will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service, including lost study progress or missed learning opportunities. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, or takes away mandatory consumer rights.

You may stop using Doolulu at any time and contact team@rascalrabbit.co to request account deletion. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with legal requirements. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. Provisions that by their nature need to continue, including ownership and limits of liability, survive the end of your use.

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date above and provide notice of material changes through the website or another appropriate channel. Where required by law, we will seek agreement to updated terms. If you do not accept updated terms, stop using the service.

If you have a question or dispute about the service, contact the Doolulu team at team@rascalrabbit.co so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not restrict any right you have under applicable law to bring a complaint or seek a remedy in a competent court.
